The human resources (HR) department is responsible for the administrative and social management of Alteo Energie and General Energie personnel.

Concretely, it is a question of dealing with employees, from their hiring to the end of their contract:

  • Recruitment, hiring and employment contracts drafting;
  • Verification of contracts and company practices compliance with labor law rules;
  • Control of employees working conditions;
  • Management of employee payroll (payslips issuing and social declarations);
  • Follow-up of employees professional life : retirement, illnesses, accidents, training, leave, breach of contract, career management, etc.

The responsibility to ensure that employees are protected:

  • Employees work adaptation to regulatory standards;
  • Social risks and professional disputes management;
  • General protective measures for employees physical and moral health.
