The technical study is carried out by qualified engineers in all aspects related to the energy of the building, they carry out the following tasks:

  • Carrying out of building thermal study using Perrenoud software and according to the received technical report.
  • Drafting technical and explanatory documents for the study (audit, summary, recommendation sheet).
  • Issue of price quotes on pixel and profitability verification.
  • AMO contract execution.
  • Fields verification to be filled on pixel.
  • Pixel photos Verification (before works, during works, after works).
  • Subsidiaries follow-up with studies rectification and correction according to the files progress.

TEAM LEADER ING/RQ:

Their objective is to do the same tasks as the ING/RQ, the difference is to supervise and check the work of their team and do so that all the tasks requested will be carried out in an irreproachable manner.

ING/RQ:

Their objective is to follow up on their subsidiaries and follow the file up to the cofrac deposit “objective paid file”.
